Week two, clarity amongst the chaos?


 We understood what was identified as input/output but didn’t know what to do with them.
We sort of took a step back after being unable to physically build anything with our parts and we went back to the tutorials and nutted a few out. Not going to lie, this is pretty confusing and we're not going to pretend like we're understanding it yet, but i think we're getting there.

Cassette:
Rotating one wheel= input
output= other wheel rotates too (when connected by the tape)

Mobile phone:
input=press number pad button
output= number displays on screen
input=press power button
output= phone turns on
i=press side buttom
o=cursor moves to side on screen
i=push top half of phone upwards (springs are pulled tight)
o=clunks and locks into place (top part of machnism falls down into bottom part and secures)


Clock:
i=cog turns
o=hands rotate

RGB LED light
i=flick switch to on position
o= light turns on
